Second Saturday @ Hagerman

Meelyn Pandit will give us a program on Bluebirds. He will talk about the characteristics of the birds, his research, and also his camera- monitoring system. He is from Oklahoma university.

Second Saturdays at Hagerman NWR evolved after the second Red River Valley Birding and Nature Festival,  held in December, 2006.  A group of speakers had been identifed to serve as faculty for the first two festivals, giving the program committee a good starting point.  Click here for a list of all Second Saturday programs held from the beginning, April, 2007, through August 2013, and a huge thank you to all these volunteer presenters through the years!.
