Sherman’s Cultural District will be celebrating the visual arts throughout the month of February as businesses host exhibits by area artists. Keep an eye on the District’s social media pages for announcements about the artists, the hosting businesses and the ART DASH on 2/16/19.]
What is it?
It’s an artist reception with regular artist reception stuff; the artists, some wine, a little snacky, some
artwork. But at 3:48pm there will be a lining up of the DASHERS and at the sound of the horn they will dash to the art wall and take the work they want! It’s theirs to keep!
Want to be a Dasher?
It’s easy! All it takes is $30 and you can do the dash and there will be a limited number of art pieces determined by participating artists. General Admission tickets for non-dashers will be $15 and available at Sherman Cultural District businesses hosting art exhibits.
When can I buy a ticket?
Dash event tickets will go on sale Feb 1, 2019. Watch the ShermanArts.org website and Sherman Cultural District social media for details.
