Women Build Home Repair Project

Join women (and men) from around the community to help us repair a home in Sherman! We will be doing a facelift for a woman’s home that includes roof repair, some siding and window sill replacement, painting, and yard work. The work will be completed over two workdays: Saturday, May 2 and Saturday, May 9. The project will be done during National Women Build Week, Habitat for Humanity’s program for women who want to learn construction skills and build homes and communities. We need volunteers, and no experience is necessary! It’s our 7th annual Women Build Week, sponsored by Lowe’s. Please call the office at 903.893.0009 to sign up.
